What are Conflict Diamonds, Blood Diamonds, and how can I be sure you don't sell them?Blood diamonds, also known as conflict diamonds, are diamonds that are traded by insurgent and extremist organizations, primarily found in central and Western African countries. At Rosetti Gems Antwerp, we strongly advocate for the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS), and we can assure you that our company exclusively handles diamonds that are entirely devoid of any connections to conflicts.
-
Are colourless diamonds available for purchase in your inventory?Absolutely! Based in the heart of the Diamond Exchange in Antwerp, we possess complete access to a comprehensive range of colorless gemstones as well. In the event that you do not come across your desired gem on our online platform, kindly inform us about your specific preferences, and we will be more than happy to assist you in finding it.
-
I prefer to buy gemstones that come with GIA certificates. Could you arrange for the gemstone to be certified by GIA? If so, could you please provide information about any associated fees for this service? We are pleased to offer the option of sending non-GIA certified gemstones to GIA for certification. The pricing will be determined by the gemstone's size, commencing at €250. This service typically requires a processing time of 3 to 4 weeks.
-
Are the gemstones in your collection natural, or have they undergone any treatment or enhancement processes? Each of our stones comprises 100% natural Gemstones and Diamonds, untouched by any treatment or enhancement processes.
-
Are there gemstones available that are not listed on the website?Absolutely. We regularly receive fresh shipments of gemstones, but the process of capturing and showcasing them on our website usually takes a couple of days. Don't hesitate to reach out if you can't locate the specific gem you're searching for on our online platform. We're here to assist you.
-
I came across a gemstone on your website that caught my attention. Is it available?Typically, all the stones showcased on our website along with their prices are currently in stock. Please don't hesitate to inquire about any stone featured on our site, and we'll be glad to verify its availability for you. Should a particular stone not be accessible, we might have an alternative, similar stone that we can present to you as an option!

What is meant by "in-house grading"?Our in-house grading involves assessing gems by our resident GIA graduate gemologist, and these stones are without an official Gemological Institute of America Laboratory Certificate. Typically, our in-house graded gems are more budget-friendly, aiming to offer cost-effective options to our customers. If desired, you can choose to obtain an IGI or GIA certificate for these gems, with an extra charge applicable. Feel free to reach out to us for further details and inquiries.
