We pride ourselves on transparency, ensuring that there are no hidden fees or unexpected charges added to the price of your item whether it be a loose gemstone or a finished jewelry piece. However, we recommend checking with your local tax authority to verify any applicable import duties or VAT obligations in your area. Please note, Rosetti Gems Antwerp cannot assume responsibility for any taxes, duties, or additional charges levied by your country's customs.

All orders are comprehensively insured until they reach your door, with full coverage arranged by Rosetti Gems Antwerp. Typically, we ship within 3-5 business days following receipt of final payment. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, so we encourage you to reach out to your dedicated Rosetti representative for more specific details regarding delivery. Please be advised that shipments cannot be made to P.O. boxes, and we kindly ask that you provide an accurate shipping address, contact number, and recipient name prior to completing your order. No item will be shipped until payment is fully processed. Each item is dispatched with an invoice, and if desired, an official appraisal document.

Easy Returns and Exchanges

Rosetti Gems Antwerp proudly offers a 30-day, no questions asked money back guarantee. Should you wish to return or exchange your purchase, we will provide a full refund in accordance with the following terms:

The item must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt and must remain in its original, pristine condition.

The item must be free from any signs of damage, wear, use, or resizing (special orders are excluded from this).

The item must match the detailed records we have for the product.

Original Certificates must accompany the return. Please note, returning an item without the original certificate will incur a service fee starting at $150, which may vary depending on the carat size and type of certificate.

Refunds exclude labor and administrative costs related to custom-designed jewelry.

Rosetti Gems Antwerp reserves the right to deduct any relevant administrative, production, and logistical expenses from the refund on custom orders placed through the "Design Your Own" category or the Jewelry Catalog. Any deductions will be clearly indicated in the original order quotation.

For products purchased with an approved extended payment plan, the 30-day return policy does not apply.

Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction, whether by wire transfer, PayPal, or cash. The refund will reflect the total amount as indicated on your Rosetti Gems Antwerp invoice. Please note that Rosetti Gems Antwerp is not responsible for any additional fees or charges imposed by banks, customs duties, VAT, taxes, or surcharges from third parties involved in the transaction.

If a refund is authorized beyond the 30-day window, a 10% fee will be deducted from the refund total to cover incurred expenses.

Should a customer fail to complete payment on a reserved loose gemstone or jewelry piece within the agreed timeframe, Rosetti Gems Antwerp reserves the right to cancel the reservation and issue a refund for paid fees, minus a $300 handling fee.

Please note, all custom orders are final sale. Additionally, any products or gemstones that were specifically sourced at the customer's request for custom jewelry but are not ultimately purchased will not be refunded.

Refunds will be processed in the same form of payment as the original transaction, either by check, wire transfer, or PayPal.

To ensure accuracy, each item will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt. If the returned item does not align with our product data records, it may be returned or declined.

Please ensure that the merchandise is fully insured against loss during transit and that all shipping and handling charges are prepaid.

Rosetti Gems Antwerp cannot be held responsible for any items not received, or those that do not adhere to the return guidelines outlined above.
